What data we collect
- AI Lab: the text of your idea and the answers you write. Please do not enter personal or confidential data.
- Free analysis request: name, company, email, phone (optional), the text you write and, if you come from the AI Lab, the generated first reading.
- Technical data: IP address, kept only in pseudonymised form (hash) for one day to apply the AI Lab usage limits.
Why we process it
- To generate the first reading you request in the AI Lab (pre-contractual measures taken at your request).
- To contact you if you request the free analysis (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
- To protect the service from abuse (legitimate interest).
Who we share it with
- Netlify, Inc. — website hosting and form collection.
- AI model provider — processing of the idea text to generate questions and the first reading. Currently Groq, Inc.
These providers process data on our behalf as data processors. They are based in the United States: transfers rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR (EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses).
How long we keep it
Contact requests: 24 months or until you withdraw consent. Usage-limit data: 24 hours. We do not store the AI Lab text unless you request the analysis.
Cookies
The website uses no cookies and no analytics or profiling tools.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to processing, by writing to info@arelgroup.it. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) or with the supervisory authority of your country.
